Romulus Middle School Receive Awards
The Leadership FCCLA students at Romulus Middle School attended the Leadership FCCLA conference in Midland Michigan. 27 Students worked on various community service projects during the year. Students worked in teams to design their presentation for the conference. Our students received 23 gold medals and 6 silver medals. One student received an additional award for his design of a sign most related to the conference theme "The Ultimate Game of Leadership". We received gold for our community service work and our Advisor Mrs. Santo received a National award for
(Sprit of Advising). 11 students were picked to represent the State of Michigan at the National Convention. Mr. Mark Edwards the 7th grade Advisor along with Ms. Rachel Jensen 6th grade Advisor and Ms. Nicole Sandlin 8th grade Advisor provided support to our students. Our students and Advisors spent many hours working on projects, we are very proud of our student's accomplishments and hard work.
